Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Sổ Chủ Quán ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sổ Chủ Quán ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms of service.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Transfer your license to another person without our consent
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App

You can use every feature of Sổ Chủ Quán without an account. In that case, your data is stored only on your device, and you are responsible for it: if you uninstall the App or lose your device, the data cannot be recovered.

You may optionally sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In to back up your data and restore it on another device. If you sign in, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your Apple or Google account and your device secure
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

When using Sổ Chủ Quán, you agree to:

• Enter accurate sales, cash book, debt and inventory information
• Use the App solely for business management purposes
• Respect the privacy of your customers and their personal information
• Not upload any offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

You retain ownership of all products, orders, customer information, cash book entries, debts, inventory records, photos and other content you enter into the App. If you sign in and use the backup feature, you grant us permission to store and transmit your data solely for the purpose of backing it up and restoring it for you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store any personal information about your customers, and that such collection complies with applicable data protection laws.

Sổ Chủ Quán is currently provided as a free service. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future, with prior notice to users.

The App works on your device without an internet connection. The backup service requires an internet connection; we strive to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may temporarily suspend it for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy of sales records, cash book, debt, inventory or profit calculations
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
• The security of data transmitted over the internet
• Compatibility with all devices or operating system versions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sổ Chủ Quán shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any errors in data entry, sales records, or profit calculations
• Loss of data stored only on your device, for example when the App is uninstalled or the device is lost
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Decisions made based on information provided by the App

You may stop using the App at any time. If you signed in, you can delete your account in the App (More tab → Delete account). This permanently deletes your stores and all backed-up business data from our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
