Sổ Chủ Quán ("we", "us", or "our") is a store management application that helps shop and café owners sell, keep a cash book, track debts, manage inventory and view profit reports. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.

💡 You can use Sổ Chủ Quán without an account. Your business data is stored on your device. If you choose to sign in, your data is also backed up to our servers so you can restore it on a new phone. We never sell your data to third parties.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Using the App Without an Account
When you use the app without signing in, the business data you enter (store details, products, orders, customers, cash book, debts and inventory) is stored only on your device. We do not receive this data. If you uninstall the app or lose your phone, this data cannot be recovered.
2.2 Information You Provide When You Sign In
Signing in is optional. You can sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. We do not ask for or store a password.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version and app version
- Usage Data: Feature usage statistics and crash reports
- Push Notification Tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for sending notifications
2.4 Device Permissions
- Camera and Photo Library: Only when you add a product photo.
- Bluetooth: Only to connect to a receipt printer.
- Notifications: Only to remind you about orders and appointments.
You can turn these permissions off at any time in your device settings.
2.5 Information We Do NOT Collect
- Bank login details, bank account passwords or credit card numbers
- Payments: the app does not process payments; amounts are entered by you for record-keeping
- Precise GPS location data
- Contacts or address book
- Call logs, SMS, or browsing history
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information to:
- Provide the app's features (sales, cash book, debt book, inventory, reports) on your device
- Back up your data and restore it when you sign in on another device (signed-in users only)
- Send notifications you have allowed
- Improve app stability and performance through crash reports and usage statistics
- Respond to your support requests
🔐 Your business data and customer information are kept strictly confidential. Only you can access your store data. We do not use it for advertising.
4. Data Storage & Retention
- On Your Device: All business data is stored on your device so the app works without an internet connection.
- Backup (signed-in users only): Your data is backed up to our secure servers and kept for as long as your account is active.
- Signing Out: Before you sign out, the app backs up any changes that have not been backed up yet.

6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS/SSL encryption.
- Secure Authentication: Sign-in is handled by Apple or Google. We never see or store your Apple or Google password.
- Access Control: Each user can only access their own data.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Data stored only on your device is as safe as your device itself, so we recommend locking your phone and signing in to keep a backup.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You have full control over your data:
- Use Without an Account: You can use every feature without signing in.
- Access & Edit: View and edit your products, orders, customers, cash book, debts and inventory within the app.
- Delete Data: Delete individual records at any time.
- Delete Account: Open the More tab and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your stores and all backed-up business data from our servers and deactivates your account. Your name and email are kept in a deactivated account record; contact us if you want them removed as well.
8. Children's Privacy
Sổ Chủ Quán is designed for business owners and store administrators. It is not intended for direct use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete the information.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
